Ken Forrester The Fmc Chenin 2018

I drank this 2018 with my co-workers.
Of a light yellow colour. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... Very nice roasted flavours.
With seafood from the Mediterranean.

- Golden hued and full bodied, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas. Layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact.
- This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours, as they combine to form complex, soft flavours with sufficient body to enhance even spicy and full flavoured meals.
- 100% Chenin Blanc
- Can be served with varied spicy dishes, full flavoured fish or chicken dishes.
- Ideal with crayfish, prawns. A true benchmark for relaxed enjoyment.

Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc The FMC 2015
To this white would have paired better with a softer meat. It was a gift for my brother and he enjoyed it very much.
It had an intense colour. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. I liked the taste of blackberries in this Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc The FMC.
