Frescobaldi Trento Brut (Chardonnay and Pinot Nero)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow, bright, very fine perlage.
  • Nose: clean, fruity notes of apple and white peach, clear notes of yeast, the olfactory floral notes and end with a dominant minerality.
  • Mouth: Creamy, smooth, almost oily but fresh with a pronounced vein of citrus acidity, with a final iodine.

APPELLATION: Trento.

VINEYARD: Vineyards area Trento DOC Classico.

GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

AGEING: Aged for 24 months.

PREPARATION: Manual harvest, in late September. First fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation done in bottle.

WINE PAIRING: appetizers, seafood antipasti, charcuterie, pates, fish dishes with sauces full flavored, boiled meats and aged cheeses.

RIGHT SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
