Barone Ricasoli

Barone Ricasoli winery is considered the world's oldest, founded in 1141 by the Ricasoli family. In 1874 the Baron Ricasoli defines the composition of Chianti Classico, with the Sangiovese grape leading to the creation of the most famous Italian wines. A client gave it to me.
At sight, it offered an intense cherry colour. It disclosed a very nice smell of white roses. Reminded me of burned wood and it was a pleasant taste.
We had it with snacks.
