Directly from the Black Forest gets a novelty in the panorama of vermouth or Belsazar, pioneers of the German Wermut particularly appreciated by the international leader of the Diageo spirits that he has included it in its Reserve line. The Vermouth Red combines a great wine from the Baden-based Blauburgunderland with brandy fruit of Alfred Schladerer, known for the use of only native fruit for the realization of its distillates, to which are added botanical cultivated and wild. Once ready is left to rest in cement tanks for 3 months, then filtered and bottled without the addition of colorants. Dark red color, smells of red berries and liquorice, on a background of cinnamon and sweet spices. The taste is soft, balanced between sweet and bitter, citrus tones on the long finish. Perfect aperitif, is indicated for the preparation of cocktails and long drinks little alcohol, but also as a complement to a good dessert.

This ruby-red Vermouth has warm scents of vanilla, candied orange peel and bitter chocolate, as well as hints of mace, cinnamon and a trace of clove. Its pleasant, elegant sweetness is rounded off with a subtle dose of pure caramel, dashes of fully ripe cherries and a spicy bitterness. Blinding in a Negroni, stirred with Campari, Gin, ice and some orange zest.
