Raza Vineyard has 40 hectares and it is located in Celorico de Basto, in Green Wine Region (DOC). The unique terroir is created by the gentle slopes and the magnificent exposure to the sun. The soil benefits from its origins granite with areas of schist and clay. This is very unusual in Vinho Verde Region

15 pts Revista de Vinhos - It is a very dark colour wine, with a sylvan fruits fragrance. It is soft and dry and has a high viscosity.

The Dom Diogo Vinhão is the wine I always buy.
The Dom Diogo Vinhão has a red cherry colour. Smells a lot of oak. Strong coffee flavour.

Suitable for a menu as varied as we had. It was a gift for my brother and he enjoyed it very much.
Red wine with violet reflections. This 2016 has a toffee aftertaste. A very long aftertaste.

Ripe cherry colour, medium opacity. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and some berries. Fleshy, smoothy.
I had it with duck confit and I think that they pair quite well.
I'll try again at the upcoming wine tasting.
