- View: Yellow color with citrus hues.
- Nose: It has a fruity character where the aromas of plum, peach and apricot thanks to the high volume of the grape variety Alvarinho has dominated.
- Mouth: The palate shows light, with a refreshing acidity and fresh finish. It has a mineral touch.

VINEYARD: Adega de Moncao. Its grounds are among the towns of Monção and Melgaço, north of Portugal. The vineyards have a very special microclimate and developed on the southern bank of the Rio Minho. The fertile plains of this land, together with the mild climate are those that develop this peculiarity of its grapes.
GRAPES: Alvarinho (85%), Trajadura (15%).

DEVELOPMENT: The grapes selection process is very rigorous. The must is extracted after the first and second pressed. Then subjected to a decantation process for 24 hours at 14 °C then applying the fermentation process in a controlled manner at temperatures from 18 to 20 °C. it is then applied a primary filtration and clarification, then cold stabilized by the method of contact.

WINE PAIRING: Ideal with fish, seafood dishes and white meats.
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
