2016 Santa Eulália Branco Brut (Arinto and Avesso)

- Nose: aroma of ripe fruit.
- Mouth: fine and persistent bubbles and excellent volume.
APPELLATION: Vinho Verde.
VINES: Quinta Santa Eulália
GRAPES: Avesso and Arinto.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: manual harvesting in 20kg then placed in cold storage, about 12 hours, at 7, I despalillado total subjected to a light pressing. Decantation of the must for about 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C, secondary fermentation in the bottle.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with fish and white meats.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
