PRODUCER: The company Polmos Białystok located in the city of Bialystok, was founded in 1928 under the control of "Polmos" a state-owned monopoly on distilled spirits in 1970 expanded their production facilities and were built several factories in other cities, then. in 1991 the company is transformed into a property under the control of the coffers of the state. at present, the company has a production of more than 30 million liters of liquor a year.


PRODUCTION DETAILS: Initially an extract of bison grass is made, that after harvesting is continued drying in their attics for about a month. PREPARATION: This vodka is produced from rye harvested in the regions of northwestern Poland. It is made from the 14th century and is distilled in Bialystok. After being washed and crushed rye grains are poured into fresh water. The following mixture is fermented by a yeast preparation will slightly alcooliser. Then subjected to distillation to concentrate still triple alcohol at 90 °. To reduce this rate to 40 °, it is cut distilled and demineralized water. The vodka is then filtered through charcoal filters and then flavored herbal extracts bison. Each bottle contains a strand. Giving greenish reflections.
