Dominio de Tares Tombu 2014

The Dominio Dos Tares is for us one of the best rosés with still a decent aging potential. Made from the indigenous Grape Prieto Picudo this is a pronounced minerally and full rosé which also completely organic is growing. Not normally available in UK and this rose are also only a few thousand bottles produced.

I like sharing this rosé VT Castilla y León with someone special.
An intense pink colour. Smell of green pepper. Good acidity for my taste.

Dominio Dostares Tombú Rosado 2014

Pink hues. Aromas of red fruit and strawberries. It tastes like wild berries.
We drank it just like that, without any food pairing.
I usually preserve Dominio Dostares Tombú Rosado for special people.

Tombú Rosado

Wine made from grapes from our old vineyards in the town of Pajares de los Oteros by the ancient method of "madreo". The vineyard is located at 810 meters above the sea level.

Tombú 2016 is a serious and cool pink wine. Its dark color does not mean it is powerful or more alcoholic than others pale pink. A wine aperitif or to accompany rice. A super CPR. 85/100

Dominio Dostares Tombú Rosado 2015
It has a clear colour. Smells like red strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. It was fleshy.
It paired perfectly with a Milanese rice.
I gave it to my parents and we tried it together.

Very light flavour. I had a pleasant smell of young wine. On the palate the is a soft-medium bodied wine.
The ideal wine to finish a meal.
I went with work colleagues to Dominio de Tares and we taste it there.

Tombu 2015
I had participated in a prize draw and got it as a gift .
It had a deep colour at first sight. Fabulous smell of fresh fruit. Sweet and tasty.
