Dominio de Tares Tombu 2018

The Tombu is made from the indigenous Grape Prieto Picudo is this pronounced minerally and full rosé which also completely biologically grown. This amazing pink are also a few thousand bottles produced. Besides all this, it is also one of the rare rose that is still better with a year. This is not your average rosé and gourmet rounder. Price / Quality is incredibly good. The Tombu of Dominio de Tares is fresh from the Bierzo, tight and fruity with especially beautiful red fruit and an excellent acidity. In addition, the rose also show very fine minerals. This rosé is a great food wine that perfectly combines with white meat, pasta and white fish in creamy sauces and ultimate companion for spicy dishes. 90 points Winespectator

Tombú 2016 is a serious and cool pink wine. Its dark color does not mean it is powerful or more alcoholic than others pale pink. A wine aperitif or to accompany rice. A super CPR. 85/100

Dominio Dostares Tombú Rosado 2015
It has a clear colour. Smells like red strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. It was fleshy.
It paired perfectly with a Milanese rice.
I gave it to my parents and we tried it together.
