Fruity and floral nose, with notes of rose petals that we will also notice in the mouth. Delicate and elegant, with rich complexity of which the aromas of red fruits and blood orange, toasted caramel, smoke and chocolate liqueur stand out. Wood and minerality are present in a subtle way. The palate is tasty, clean, frank and sincere, with memories of grape juice. Its fresh mouth and great acidity guarantee our expectations of good longevity.

Aromas of raspberry, blue flowers and licorice. The palate is round, soft and warm. An excellent interpretation of the development of GARNACHA by Toni Sarrión, recovering a variety that is not so common nowadays in the inland area of Valencia where he lives with a lot of Bobal. 91 points
