Mestizaje 2016

- Tasting notes: cherry color with violet tones showing its youth. In the nose, the initial feeling is juicy and fresh fruit of the grape itself. Aeration with a soft wood, well integrated with the fruit appears. In the mouth, the entrance is sweet and pleasant, with a great balance between alcohol and acidity. Tannin, very soft and very round, fills the mouth gradually, without showing heaviness. In short, an amazing assembly of young vines and impeccable craftsmanship in which the importance is not in varieties but in the end result. A compendium of wisdom and balance between fruit and barrel aging adjusted. An unbeatable wine in its price segment.
- TEMPERATURE: 15 ° to 16 ° C
- PAIRING: Rice with meat, White meat, Roasted red meats, Stews, Roasts, Small game, Sheep's Cheese, Semi-mature Cheese
