TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Gold dark
- Odor: Sweet, there are notes of sultanas and fresh apple blossom. There is a definite floral notes followed by hints of sherry. Emerge a note of tropical fruits and golden syrup.
- Taste: Deliciously smooth, rich, nuts and sherry, balanced with wood smoke and spice. There are notes of hot cakes and jam, with a sweetness in developing barley sugar.
