2016 The Yamazaki Sherry Cask
- Color: dark brown.
- Flavour: Dense nose, fruity with notes of sherry, dried fruits like raisins, prunes, dates and tomatoes, with a hint of almonds, cloves and bitter chocolate.
- Taste: good body. Slightly oily, strong notes of chocolate and hazelnuts, as well as sweet and spicy touches. A very complex and deep, sherry, sweet and sour and dry with notes, hints of cinnamon and cloves, notes of coffee, orange peel, and a hint of ginger whiskey.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: use of boots jerezanas has been a constant in Suntory since, in 1924, Shinjiro Torii decided to take advantage of that mattered barrels from Jerez to produce its famous sweet wine Akadama, storing and aging them their first whiskeys.
Suntory is a Japanese brewery and distillery. Founded in 1899 Suntory started as a shop selling imported wines. In 1924 Japan's first distillery -Destilería Yamazaki- starts producing malt whiskey. Five years later, first sold in Japan Suntory Whiskey whiskey Shirofuda (White Label) being the first Japanese whiskey domestic production.
